A deputy from the Al-Fateh Alliance confirmed on Wednesday that the next few days will witness the birth of the new government, stressing that it will be in compliance with aspirations and be able to lift the country from its difficult reality.
Saad Al Khazali said in a press interview that “the dialogues are ongoing and are taking place intensively between the political forces in order to reach an understanding and consensus on a non-dialectical figure and the appropriate specifications are applied to them to address the position of prime minister.”
Noting that “the next few days will witness the birth of the new government, which we seek to be in compliance with aspirations and able to lift the country from its difficult reality.”
Khazali added, “The next prime minister should be patriotic and strong, and should be of Iraqi nationality only and not any other nationality, and that he should be responsible for preserving the Iraqi agreement with China because of its positive factors that are in the interest of the people.”
Pointing out that “the next government should commit to coordinating with the Independent Electoral Commission to complete the requirements necessary to hold early elections.”
