The auctions are stopped…the CBI…is going to be telling the citizens what is going on soon. You know I can’t give you dates and really hate giving rates…but just looking at everything. I would really be surprised if it didn’t happen before the end of April…I can also see why it could go into May, why it could go to June. With everything going on we maybe even looking at a higher rate because of the money that needs to be poured into economies.
