It’s my opinion the rate won’t be 50 cents. People have been asking me about this a lot today. Kuwait lied about their intention to RV. They flat out said they would never revalue and the next day they did so. Media lies. Why would the Iraqi media be any different? All I can say to that is that it’s my opinion that it’s impossible for the rate to start out below 3.50.
