Iranian television quoted a source in the Revolutionary Guards today as saying that American drones, helicopters and war equipment were severely damaged at Ein Al-Assad base.
Iranian television added, quoting the source, that “more than 104 targets in the region for America and its allies have been identified and are under monitoring.”
Iranian state television also stated that the Iranian army renewed the demand to withdraw American forces from the Middle East, after the Iranian Revolutionary Guard forces launched missile attacks on American targets in Iraq.
And the Iranian Revolutionary Guards intelligence said earlier today, Wednesday, that “at least 80 American military personnel were killed, at Ain Al-Assad base, following the missile strikes” that targeted al-Qaeda in Iraq.
“Now that they have realized our strength, it is time for the United States to withdraw its forces from the Middle East,” then Chief of Staff of the Iranian Armed Forces, Major General Mohammad Bagheri said in a statement.
