On 1 May 2020 President Trump activated the International Emergency Economic Powers Act and the National Emergencies Act, and then left for Camp David.
On Thurs. 30 April at 7:30 EDT President Trump (rumored) entered authorization codes for the RV/GCR release; the Admiral got the green light and then processed the new asset-backed US Note, which was then accepted for exchange internationally. Paymasters became liquid.
Recently the Department of Defense security team had flagged over 1,000 Deep State currency and Zim holders’ accounts. Legal entities were ordered to act on those indicted in order to avoid them money-laundering their funds into Black Hat Accounts. These Deep State operatives masquerading as currency and Zim holders had to be discovered, exposed, arrested, their accounts frozen and fund transfers to Deep State accounts had to be reversed. Over 184,000 federal indictments on global and political elites had to be served.
That was happening right now. Our Tier 4b (Internet Group, us) start would be anytime between now and Mon.-Tues. 4-5 May.

B. Fri. 1 May 2020 Rumored Recent History of the RV/GCR, Fleming:
President Trump entered the authorization codes Thurs. 30 April at 7:30 EDT.
There was more money-movement overnight Thurs.-Fri. 30 April through 1 May with Historical Bonds being paid out and creating liquidity for down line disbursement.
Late last night our military Intel contact was able to communicate after being silenced the past 24 hours, saying he was sorry Tier4b did not get started on Thurs. 30 April.
On Thurs. 30 April the Admiral got the green light and then processed the new asset-backed US Note. The asset-backed digital US Note was recognized internationally on that same Thurs. 30 April, was accepted for exchange internationally. Paymasters became liquid.
This was to have started Thurs. 30 April, but in the past 48 hours security teams found many more Deep State connected operatives masquerading as currency and ZIM holders. Over the past several days Tier 4b teams were getting ready for the shotgun start and 1%-2% advanced funds were being proliferated into their accounts. Deep State connected operatives had been accessing those funds. Those funds would have been money-laundered for the Deep State into black hat accounts (think Pelosi and Biden “ice cream” accounts, or multiple hundred thousand dollar “book deal royalty lump payments” as Obama et al received Deep State laundered funds in the past).
On Thurs. 30 April at 7:30 pm EDT those security issues were flagged and those perpetrators were arrested.
An attorney who works with the Admiral said: “The RV is done. The final release starts with Yellow Dragon Bond Notes, then Petchilli Bonds, then ZIM. They should be done by mid-week next week.”
“My Reno guy was called in last night, Thurs. 30 April, for a final wrap up. He was sent home at 3:00 am this morning Fri. 1 May and told to report back at 10:00 am. All final release work toward shotgun start next week was starting today Fri. 1 May.”
Dinar and Dong RV rates appeared on bank screens and then disappeared overnight, showing that the reset was going through the Quantum Financial System and getting all ready for final release and the Tier 4b triggered shotgun start.
All was still being made ready behind the scenes by all teams (Department of Defense, White House, US Treasury and State Department teams) for the shotgun start when Tier 4b starts tentatively next Tues. 5 May.
This proved that Trump and all teams wanted this done and started as soon as possible. Even though the final release process was still complicated and even though it was still a war, it was still being moved forward right now to a final shotgun start next week.
Department of Defense security teams, military and NSA Intel have been arresting over 12,000 of these types over the past couple of months.
They did not discover the latest batch of Deep State operatives until the past 72 hours. These hundreds (thousands globally) Deep State mules were like ordinary Tier 3-4a currency, Zim holders and group participants who did not expose themselves to Military Intel as Deep State operatives until they started transferring advance funds to which they just got access last week.
They then money laundered the funds into Deep State front companies or personal accounts in order to turn it over to Deep State bad actors like Soros, Pelosi, Obama, Holder, Dorsey (Twitter CEO), Zuckerberg (Facebook CEO), Bezos (Amazon CEO) or Brennan etc.
Military Intel was constantly watching all currency holder communications to see who was actually transferring any funds to Deep State controlled accounts and who was communicating with Deep State leaders, networks and fronts through secret communications.
The Deep State often communicated through online game Direct Messages and Chats. Michael Flynn and Robert Mueller being appointed the next day May 18, 2017 to head the Russia-hoax “investigation. “Dooku” is Brennan, “Roger” is McCabe, “RR” is Rod Rosenstein, “MF” is Michael Flynn, and “limey” is Christopher Steele the author of the Hillary paid Russia hoax dossier.
These Deep State operatives masquerading as currency and Zim holders had to be discovered, exposed, arrested, their accounts frozen and fund transfers to Deep State accounts had to be reversed. That was happening right now.
Department of Defense security teams had to weed out these people now and before Tier4b redemption/exchanges began so that the Deep State could not continue to make life miserable for all of us – our children and grandchildren – post RV.
Prayers were appreciated that during this weekend into early next week that all Deep State operatives masquerading as currency holders globally be exposed and arrested ASAP.

H. Currency Exchange/Bond Redemption: Please treat the below as my guess. Official instructions would be available upon RV liquidity and 800# release.
WARNING: DO NOT give your foreign currency or Zim Bonds to anyone else to exchange or redeem for you. If a Group Leader was telling you that they could obtain better rates for you, or saying not to go to your appointment at an Exchange Center, they were not telling the truth.
Anyone could exchange and redeem their own currencies and would have the same ability to obtain the higher Contract Rates as anyone else, as long as they did it at a licensed Exchange Center as per appointment through the 800#s.
I am not aware of how someone outside the US could redeem Zim Bonds. That question should be asked to the person who set your appointment.
An hour or so prior to 800# release, Wells Fargo and HSBC Banks would send out over 508,000 emails to currency and Zim Bond holders worldwide, along with instructions on how to exchange and redeem within your own country. Those emails would include links to a secured website. Clicking on that website with your computer or phone would automatically generate a code that identified your individual exchange/redemption as you set your appointment.

I. Currency and Zim Bond Redemption: This information applied to redeemers in the US. Different countries would have their own regulations and rules. Please treat as my opinion only:
Fleming: They wanted currency holders, especially ZIM holders, to go in as quickly as possible to the first appointment that would last 20-25 minutes.
The Elders wanted currency and Zim holders to get the highest rates for doing humanitarian projects. Every currency holder would get an equal chance at the highest Contract Rates for their project presentations. It would be a level playing field.
First Appointment: You would receive a debit/credit card with millions on it to draw on between the first and second appointments. Over the first ten days after your first appointment your assigned Wealth Manager would help you choose one of the six vetted US Treasury-sanctioned trust companies (Abbott Downing & equivalent trust companies).
Second Appointment: The Wealth Manager and private banking team you choose would assist you going forward with your humanitarian and job creation project outlines. They would be happy to take your project presentation to the US Treasury to get the higher rates for your ZIM and/or the highest Contract Rates for your currencies. They would have six months (180 days) after redeeming / exchanging to seek the higher rates for your project outlines from the US Treasury.
MarkZ: The CMKX, F&P’s, FF’s, settlements redemption process would be done in two parts. The banks already had one part of your package. The second part would be delivered to you. You then go to the bank to finish your redemption process. I have spoken to bankers that claim they have physically seen the banking part of the packages.
On your first appointment at a Redemption Center you would exchange currencies at Contract Rates and redeem Zim at the default rate. Those monies would be put in your account. If you wanted higher rates than offered on your currency and/or Zim, you could ask for such at your second appointment with your Wealth Manager and banking team.
We have been told that the default ZIM rate of $11 million per 100 T Zim Note would be offered at that first appointment.
President Trump has given US banks a list of 250 humanitarian and job creation projects to invest in. Your Wealth Manager and banking team could explain the details at your second appointment. They would explain the international humanitarian projects you could invest in and you could present a Humanitarian Project. It was recommended that you go for those higher rates at your second appointment so you could help those in need.
If you had any amount of Zim Bonds up to 9 100T Notes, didn’t have a Humanitarian Project and wanted a higher than default rate, then at your second appointment, your Wealth Manager and team would be happy to show you the list of 250 humanitarian and job creation projects to invest in for higher-than-default rates on the ZIM.
If you had any amount of Zim Bonds up to 9 100T Notes and had a humanitarian project, and/or if you wanted to invest in the sanctioned international projects, then at your second appointment, your Wealth Manager and team would help you obtain a higher Zim rate.
Many ZIM holders had 10 or more 100T ZIM Notes, so the default rate would be considered adequate without being awarded higher Contract or Zim rates.
