Judy Note: Emails and websites showing the Secured Website for Tier 4b (us, the Internet Group) to obtain an individualized 800# and exchange/ redemption appointment was expected at any time. Final instructions on redemption/redeeming could be found in #B, #C and #E below.

The new Iraqi Dinar rate was expected to be announced on Sat. 22 Aug.

Overnight Wed. 19 Aug. the Department of Defense Security Teams gave the green light to begin. On Thurs. 20 Aug. at the close of business, a go to start was given and liquidity was scheduled to start releasing on Fri. morning 21 Aug. However, a 24 hour delay came about due to certain issues in agreements with the Iraqi delegation, which pushed the liquidity start to sometime Sat. 22 Aug.

Collapse of the Cabal SWIFT system was scheduled for Mon. 31 Aug.

Tier 4b exchanges / redemptions have to be FINISHED prior to Tues. 1 Sept, at which time Tier 4b Contract Rates would no longer be available.

On Tues. 1 Sept. the IMF would post the new International Rates on the Quantum Financial System.

The General Public could start their Tier 5 exchanges on Tues. 8 Sept.

The Plan called for “Ten Days of Disclosure” (likely referring to Obamagate) to be right before and after Labor Day Weekend Wed.-Sat. 2-12 Sept. US Attorney Bill Barr has announced they have arrested over 1,500 criminals since last July and there were many more to go. Thurs. 1 Oct was the date set for announcement of the Restored Republic.

#1 Fri. 21 2020 7:18 am EDT Fleming’s Military Intel Contact:

1. The Department of Defense Security Teams gave the green light to begin overnight Wed. 19 Aug.

2. A go to start was given at the close of business Thurs. 20 Aug, with liquidity scheduled to start releasing Fri. morning 21 Aug.

3. The four humanitarian church groups that were to start on Thurs. 20 Aug. were now scheduled to tentatively start on Fri. 21 Aug. or Sat. 22 Aug. and would parallel Tier 4a,b (us, the Internet Group), which would start at the same time.

4. The initial Bond Liquidity release process (from which liquidity flowed down line to all tiers) was still a tedious process of releasing liquidity into the Dragon Bond Seller Accounts, then auditing and checking/re-checking to make sure there was no interference (stealing, hacking, etc).

5. As soon as the Dragon Bonds and other Exotic Bonds received 1% advance liquidity release, then they would quickly move on to ZIM redemptions and all Tier 4a,b exchanges. Theoretically that could be Fri. 21 Aug. or Sat. 22 Aug.

6. There was a 24 hour delay due to certain issues with the agreements with the Iraqi delegation. Three more Iraqi leaders were arriving in DC for meetings on Fri. 21 Aug. Final agreements to release things were possibly pending those meetings.

7. There still could be a Fri. or Sat. start for Tier 4a,b 800# notifications if certain issues were quickly completed Fri. morning 21 Aug.

8. There were nine million currency holders globally who would be going through exchanges / redemptions when Tier 4b notifications came out.

9. He said that we were at the cusp of the start and would all cross the finish line together—hang on.

B. #2 Fri. 21 Aug. 1:11 pm EDT Update Fleming Military Intel Contact:

1.We would get a notification email with instructions and a shareable Safe Web link to click.

2. In the Safe Website put in the zip code in which you live or in which you want to exchange / redeem. That would generate an 800 number based on what location you put in.

3. The 800# phone connection would be encrypted for additional security. If there was just one or several 800# numbers it/they could overload the system as all Tier 4b tried to call the number(s) at the same time.

4. The 800# given to Intel websites would be for those who don’t or cannot receive a notification email.

5. This system was designed to work for the nine million currency & ZIM holders about to be started.

6. A unique code would be generated with the 800# for each currency holder and that code would be your unique ID code for your appointment.

7. Those who used the general 800# from Intel sites would be given their unique code from the Call Center representatives.

Banks sending out the Secure Website: Wells Fargo, Chase, HSBC (all were owned by HSBC).

You will not be exchanging at a bank. You will be exchanging at a Redemption Center.

You will get an email tell you what to do with a Safe Link Website.

After you log into the Safe Link Website you will be asked some qualifying questions that tells them whom you are (like when you open a bank account).

You will be given a 800 number that will be specific to you.

If you have Zim, tell them so they can direct you to the right Redemption Center.

They will direct you to a Redemption Center to set your appointment.

They want Zim redeemers in the first four days.

Everyone in Tier 4b is going to a Redemption Center. They are not going to a bank.

The Redemption Center will be closed after 30 days.

Have two forms of ID and utility bills.

They will count your currency in front of you.

Take all of your currencies and Zim with you to your appointment. The registration process locks you into your specific rate, so you need to exchange and redeem all of your currencies and Zim at the same time.

When the general public begins to exchange the Forex rates will be much less than the rates you are offered.

You will see the International Rates before your appointment.

The International and Contract Rates were very high.

The Zim rate is a 1:1.

Some currencies have Contract Rates, some don’t.

You can ask for the Contract Rates (that are higher) on the Dinar and Dong.

There are strings attached to the Contract Rates. Humanitarian Projects would need to be part of the Contract Rates.

Iraqi Dinar Contract Rate: $28.50 to $50.00. In-country: $14.87

Dong: $5-$10

Anything over 10 million Dinar would get the International Rate.

The Non Disclosure Agreement essentially keeps you from talking about your exchange – your rate and how you got it. If you break your NDA your funds would be frozen.

You should have a separate Trust for every currency or Zim you have.

They will set your monies up in a Skeleton Trust at your appointment. You have 90 days to change over to your Common Law Trust.

All your large purchases need to be done through your trust and your private banking team. Don’t share your proof of funds letters with anyone. If you suddenly spend huge amount of money on your own you could be red flagged as being part of a drug cartel and have your funds frozen.

You cannot double dip by spending your redemption monies on buying more currency.

E. Exchange of Foreign Currencies and Redemption of Zim Bonds: The below was a compilation of information received about exchanging/redeeming and written in my opinion only. Official instructions would come out with release of the 800#s and could easily differ.

The reset would occur in a Shotgun Start where everyone went at once. Safe Keeping Records (SKRs) were given to those who have already gone through background checks, turned in their currencies, had it authenticated, been given a certain rate for it and deposited it in an account. When the reset occurred they would have immediate access to their monies, while the rest of us would need to make an appointment and begin the process.

The First Basket of Currencies to Revalue: Afghanistan Afghani (AFN), Kuwait I Dinar (KWD), US Dollar (USD), Russian Ruble (RUB), Chinese Renminbi, or Yuan (CNY), UK British Pound/Pound Sterling (GBP), Qatar I Rial (QAR), United Arab Emirates Dirham (AED), Indian Rupee (INR), Canadian Dollar (CAD), Mexican Peso (MXN), Venezuela Bolivar (VEB), Brazil Real (BRL), Saudi Arabia Riyal (SAR), Malaysian Ringgit (MYR), Iraqi Dinar (IQD) and the Vietnamese Dong (VND). Zimbabwe’s Zim Bond was backing the reset.

800 # Notification: Several Tier 1 banks would send out 527,000 + emails to currency and Zim holders containing a Secure Website link and coded 800 number to call for appointments and obtain redemption/exchange information.

The code was an individualized ID number connected to your Social Security number for you to take through the redemption process. Take that ID number to your appointment. Do not give out the coded 800# to anyone as it was connected to your Social Security number and personal banking account and could only be used once for your personal appointment.

If you did not receive an email, then you could find the Secure Website on the websites as below. That Secured Website would have instructions on how to obtain your personalized coded 800# ID number for the redemption process.
