We would have 10-12 days to exchange/ redeem at the Contract Rates. The General Public would start sometime in Feb. Tier4as have been in the process over the weekend and through today, Tues. 14 Jan. They should be made liquid overnight tonight and be accessing their funds tomorrow Wed. 15 Jan.
