Does he not understand that is a neutral event/LOP? …Guru Mtn Goat says we want to see Iraq begin the project to delete the zeros and introduce the smaller denominations. No we do not want to see this because the project to delete the zeros is a currency exchange/LOP. Not what we want to see happen.
