Samson: Abdul-Mahdi: We will send the final accounts to Parliament from 2013 until now

Resigned Prime Minister Adel Abdul-Mahdi confirmed , on Wednesday, that the Council of Ministers will send the Parliament the final accounts from 2013 to date.
Abdul Mahdi said during the meeting of the Council of Ministers and followed by the agency / information /, “The Council of Ministers will send the final accounts of the House of Representatives in the coming days,” noting that “the accounts will include the final accounts since 2013 until this year.”
He added that “all previous governments since the era of Abdul Karim Qassem and the first Baathist era and previous democratic governments did not send the final accounts to the House of Representatives to know the size of the loss and profit,” noting that “the final accounts are important to know the government’s financial and economic policies.” LINK

The United States government announced, Thursday, its economic support to the Nineveh Governorate through the Nineveh Investment Forum.

Samson: A legal expert explains how to arrest al-Shammari in case he escapes to Lebanon

Legal expert Ali Al-Tamimi explained, on Thursday, the mechanism of arresting the team required judicially Jamil Al-Shammari, pointing out that the murder crime applies the death penalty and the ruling may be issued in absentia if the accused is not arrested.
Al-Tamimi said in a statement to “Information”, that “Iraq has an agreement to exchange wanted persons with Lebanon, as any wanted person and fleeing from Iraq to Lebanon can be recovered through the government, in addition to that Interpol is also authorized to arrest any fugitive.”
He added that “the murders do not fall by collision, as the killing applies the death penalty according to Article 406/1/1000, and it is possible to issue absentia judgments from the criminal court and seize his movable and immovable funds.”
Al-Tamimi explained, “The Ministry of Defense has nothing to do with the order of Jamil Al-Shammari, as the judiciary is responsible for this file and issues its decisions after the completion of the documents and evidence that it needs in order to pronounce the ruling.” LINK
