I would love the thought I’m gonna get $3.00. This is phenomenal but I’m a realist too. I’ve been a party to real transactions. I appreciate people that operate in that manner who manage expectations. Under promise and over-deliver type strategy. I’m a big proponent of that. I’m a realist. I know what I will be getting for my IQD. I’ve already been told. And it’s no where near that. Now am I being set up to be screwed? Possibly. But I’ve accepted the terms and I’m comfortable with the terms. It’s a very good return for me…I’m in the process of a deal.
